The Marketing Hand is designed to be simple,

At the beginning of the process, a marketing professional will

and future plans. Together you will come up with an ongoing
monthly marketing plan aimed at achieving those goals within your

The Marketing Hand framework will facilitate this process. For
simplicity it has been split into four area’s – Planning,
Communication, Technology and Promotion. Each area
contains a list of marketing activities in the form of a solution “shopping
list” from which to select an appropriate combination that
will complement your objectives for the coming year – and
together these activities will make up your Marketing Hand.
Each customer of the Marketing Hand is assigned
a dedicated account manager. That person will ensure that
your marketing activity is carried out in line with your plan,
on time and to budget. They will help you to assess the best areas
in which to focus activity in order to achieve the most significant
results. They will assess the impact on your business and
provide regular updates throughout the year in the form of reports
and progress meetings.

A large part of the success of your campaign will be determined
by the relationship with your account manager – we want them
to become an invaluable part of your marketing function and we
understand that you need them to get results. The account
managers are supported by a team of delivery professionals including
designers, programmers and marketing assistants who will ensure
the solutions which make up your Marketing Hand are deployed according
to the agreed plan.
