Regenda comprises a group of North West housing associations.
The group wanted to market its ‘Equity Release’ financial
product to Local Authorities. The product
helps Local Authorities to achieve their regeneration objectives.
The overall objectives of the campaign were to:
- Develop a Brand
Identity for the ‘Equity
Release’ product
- Identify and engage prospective Local
Authorities
- Develop supporting marketing collateral
Marketing Activities:
- Creation of a Brand Identity – “Regenda
Loans”
- Market research to identify target customers
- Plan and organise promotional
event, including securing targeted attendees
- Development of supporting marketing materials including,
brochure,
invitations,
website, “Flash” presentation,
branded promotional
items
- PR to promote the event and product in sector
press
