Marketing Hand developed the brand 'In Reach' and created all of the supporting marketing collateral on behalf of Wrekin Housing Trust in order to promote the Trusts Shared Ownership Properties on 13 developments.
The Overall Aims of the Campaign were to:
Develop a strong commercial brand concept to be used to communicate the offering to the target market
Create band awareness and promote the individual developments and properties
Promote the scheme using supporting marketing collateral
To secure buyers for the shared ownership properties
A total of 107 properties were filled between August 08 and April 09 as a result of the marketing activities carried out.

The Development of an extensive database (via the web site) of potential customers for new properties coming through the pipeline. This provides the Trust a strong ongoing communication vehicle.
